Delta P

Delta P ( ΔP ) is a mathematical term expressing a change ("delta") in pressure (P). The rapid change in pressure is an occupational hazard in diving and has been a cause of several fatal accidents involving underwater repair. Delta P achieved online notoriety thanks to an instructional video warning about its dangers and eventually inspired memes referencing it. Delta P memes frequently feature the phrase When It's Got You, It's Got You that appears in the instructional video.
