By accessing or using Snagg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Snagg mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. The mobile app includes extensions (keyboard, share, widgets, iMessage, Siri shortcuts) that are also governed by these terms.

2. Description of Service

Snagg is a meme search and creation platform that allows users to discover, create, save, and share memes. The Service includes web and mobile applications, as well as API access for developers.

3. User Accounts

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
You may not share your account with others
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to Snagg. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Harasses, threatens, or bullies others
Contains malware or malicious code
Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snagg and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Memes shared on Snagg may be subject to fair use provisions and are often created using templates or formats that originated elsewhere. We respect the rights of original creators and will respond to valid takedown requests.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription or credit purchase. By subscribing or purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
Credits do not expire
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We may change pricing with 30 days notice

7. API Usage

Access to the Snagg API is subject to rate limits and usage guidelines. Commercial use of the API may require additional licensing agreements.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snagg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
