Domer , also known as Domer Simpson , refers to a series of memes using an exploitable image of Baby Bart Simpson from the animated series The Simpsons paired with an audio of Bart saying, "Domer," a portmanteau of his dad's name, Homer, and "daddy." In the original scene, Homer Simpson is trying to get baby Bart to say, "Daddy," and mischievously, Bart says, "Domer."
