Jittleyang, also written Jikkuhlang, and Fuhuhluhtoogan, also written Fuhuhlatoogan, are Baltimoreslangterms from the Maryland city that originally went viral in the Baltimore Accent Rap Song, aka "City Girls" by Bippleyipsnipp. Bippleyipsnipp, real name Richard Webster, is a Baltimore barber andrapperwho popularized the terms starting in 2021. After his song went viral in 2023 and earned meme attention on Instagramand Tik Tok, usage of his slang terms continued into 2024, predominantly going viral via the question, "Are you a jittleyang or a fuhuhluhtoogan?" spreading on Tik Tok.
