Oh My God I Almost Died, also known as OMG I Almost Died, refers to a scene from the Comedy Central show Workaholicsin which the character Adam De Mamp (played by Adam De Vine) is on the ground screaming, "Oh my God, I almost died!" while Anders and Blake are consoling him because he almost died after falling out of a tree. The scene was first used inmemeson Instagramand Facebookin 2020. It then became anexploitablegreenscreen template on Tik Tokin early 2023 in videos that layered the trio over otherimage macrobackgrounds and paired them with captions that posed a scenario in which being overdramatic was humorously unnecessary. Many used a Cap Cut templatemade by LC Editing to make the memes.
