Pootis Statusrefers to a series of Team Fortress 2video edits where a clip from the Pootisvideo "Pootis Engage // EXTREME" is edited over an unrelated video clip in abait-and-switchmanner. The video titles always include the catchphrase "pootis status," a turn on the phrase "shitpost status." The trend began in October 2022 and is similar to the Revengeance Statusmeme.
