Scoobert's real name is Chiro and his owner started posting to Instagram first in 2020. In 2022, she moved her content to Tik Tok. Thereafter, meme creators on Twitterand elsewhere nicknamed Chiro "Scoobert." He's often featured in fan edits on Tik Tok where he's imagined to be a Ken Carson and Destroy Lonelyfan, akin to the OPIUM music label,Playboi Cartiand "archive fashion" signifiers. Later on, Scoobert and another poodle dog nicknamed Churchilltrended in Scoobert and Churchillmemes.
