The Nooticeris a Oomer Wojakmeme andslangterm that mocks the idea of someone who loves to point out patterns and "notice" things. The meme was popularized on4chanin the early 2020s, especially on /pol/ boards, where the "nooticer" came to be associated with someone who recognizes "societal patterns" that typically confirm right-wing or conservative talking points about immigration, antisemitism and feminism. By 2023, the term came to be used more generally to describe people withcornplatingtendencies.
