Travis I'm Pregnant Sign, also known as the Travis Sign Meme, is anexploitablesign-holdingimage of Kourtney Kardashian at a Blink-182 concert holding up a poster that reads, "Travis I'm pregnant!" Kourtney uploaded a video and photo of herself holding the sign to Instagramin June 2023 to announce her pregnancy with her husband, Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker. The image went viral that month as the source ofphotoshopsreplacing the text on the white poster. The sign is a reference to the music video for Blink-182's song "All the Small Things" in which a woman can be seen holding up the same sign.
