Type Shit, also known as Type Shior Type Shiii, refers to an African American Vernacular English(AAVE)slangterm with many interpretations, often used to express agreement or approval for something of high quality or as a shorthand for "that kind of stuff." The expression gained significant online usage on Tik Tok, X /Twitterand Instagram going into the 2020s, commonly being referenced inhip-hopmusic andmemessuch as Typa Shit I Been On. The slang is also written online paired with the poop emoji, as "Type 💩" to avoid content on Tik Tok using the slang being censored.
