The video followed the We're X, Of Course We YTik Tok trend. It soon became the subject ofmemesand edits in March 2024, manifesting induetsandlip dubrecreations. Also, drawing recreations surfaced. Going into 2024, meme creators started using different videos from @a.j.befumo's account, like one where the father (A.J.) keeps saying, "It's a Double Chunk Chocolate Cookie."
